Notes from the coach

The aim of Tennis Tuesdays is to encourage more female players to engage with the sport of tennis through a friendly non-competitive and supportive coaching environment. Each week we will concentrate on a particular stroke or tactical aspect of the game using a mixture of shot progressions, drills and fun tennis related games. Rackets and balls provided, all you need are trainers, comfortable clothing and a willingness to take part and have some fun!
