Have you heard that a new form of tennis, invented in sunny Macclesfield, has really taken off and you can be part of it!
Isolation Tennis is tennis keepy-uppy crossed with rock, paper, scissors! Winners, attacks, scrambled returns and desperate defences. Tension and drama! All you need is a racket, ball, doormat and smart phone. And someone to play. Anywhere in the world!

Tim Shercliff, Head Coach at Macclesfield Tennis Club and founder of Isolation Tennis, is going to run another Isolation Tennis Charity Tournament in the last week of May, helping tennis players all over the country enjoy their tennis again and hopefully raising £10,000 for Mind, the UK’s leading mental health charity.

If you think you or your members would like to play in the Charity Tournament, please email tim@isolationtennis.com for further details. Entries close at 5pm on Friday 22nd May.
Martin Todd, Chair at Macclesfield Tennis Club, is delighted with the impact Isolation Tennis has had on the club: “The Isolation Tennis Charity Tournament reconnected members with Macc Tennis, whether they played in the tournament or watched the finals on YouTube. It raised £250 for charity and it’s been really good fun. It’s a really competitive and challenging game too. Anyone in any doubt should watch some of the clips on YouTube and re-live the tension and drama as the players battled it out.”
He added: “I hope you’ll support the next Isolation Tennis Charity Tournament raising money for Mind. We will definitely be entering a number of players again and look forward to the novelty of playing tennis with people all over the UK, despite our isolation."
