At last we enjoyed glorious weather for our 10U County Cup weekend!

Boys' Captain - Tony Green and Vice Captain Chris White

Boys' Team - Teddy Arthur-Lynch, Jacob Bodey, William Herbert, Thomas Horton, Max Quick, Evan Xiong

Results - v N Wales Won 6-0, v Derbyshire Won 5-1, v Lancs Drew 3-3

With the excellent wins on Day 1 and the boys winning the shoot-out on Day 2, Cheshire won the group and were through to the North Area Finals at Wirral Tennis Centre from 10th to 11th June. Best of luck!

Girls' Team - Eleanor Brown, Eva Proudlove, Isabelle Herbert, Lucy Francis, Lois Fraser, Laura Karmanska

Results - v Hereford & Worcs Lost 1-5, v Derbyshire Won 5-1, v Yorkshire Lost 0-6

The girls battled hard with some strong performaces and close results. A loss on Day 2 to the eventual Group Winners Yorkshire, saw the girls finish in 3rd place.
