The County Cup was a weekend of complete opposites for our 18U teams. The Girls had a very long journey to Southampton while the Boys enjoyed a relatively short trip across the county to play in Sheffield. 

The Boys faced Cambridgeshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire but consistently solid performances from all of the boys delivered victories and meant that they topped the group and earned promotion to Division 2.

Well done to our players Archie Blacklock, Adam Bolchover, Llewelyn Bevan, Matt Cooper, Jonah Gethin, Tom Owen, Ben Nicol and Sam Reeve and Captain Matt Chadwick with Vice Captain Jordan Young.

The Girls faced Dorset, Hampshire & Isle of Wight and Warwickshire and despite their grit and determination and some very close scores, the team sufferred straight defeats to finish fourth.

It wasn't to be for Eve Daniels, Ellie Aldrich, Alice Shields, Amy Redman, Ella Walker, Jemma Cave, Rhona Cook and Lara Wedd who were captained by Katie Taylor with Vice Captain Allan Morton.
