We are delighted to announce that Cheshire has been successful again, winning 3 LTA Regional Awards in the announcement today. Our winners are Regional Winners for the North and are:-

• Mike Atherfold - Official of the Year
• Helsby LTC - Club of the Year
• Mark Hilton - Performance Coach of the Year

These winners go on to the LTA National Awards that will be announced on 24th June.

We also have an amazing 5 Highly Commended Runners Up who just missed out. They are:-

• Lifetime Achievement - John and Marion Doe
• Development Coach - James Turner 
• Communities & Parks - Livewire Warrington Serves Project
• Disability - LUSU
• Competition - Cheshire County LTA Junior Challenge

Peter Millar of Wallasey Manor has also been shortlisted for the President's Award.

We are so proud of all of our winners and runners up and thank everyone who completed the nomination for an award.  There were 2,600 entries this year which shows the high standard of our people in Cheshire. You can read more about the winners here
