We’re delighted to announce MJ Tennis will be joining Chigwell Lawn Tennis Club from Monday 20th September as part of our coaching team.
Michael Pont and Jack Dowsett are both LTA Level 3 qualified coaches who have worked with all ages and abilities and bring 25 years of coaching experience between them. Michael is a former member of the Club and a former junior champion at Chigwell LTC.
Michael and Jack say:
“Coaching alongside each other for many years now we have helped each other grow and improve as coaches. We share the same beliefs that tennis can be a sport for anyone and we want to provide the opportunity for everyone to learn and play. We aim to provide fun, friendly and informative sessions that encourage players to improve in a welcoming and motivational environment.”
The MJ Tennis coaching programme will be running exclusively at Chigwell LTC.
Michael and Jack will work alongside our long established Head Coach James Biggane running coaching groups and individual sessions for junior and adult beginners/intermediates.
