Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.

Notes from the coach

Each Cardio Tennis session is structured to provide a full-body workout while developing your tennis abilities. The session begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by fast-paced drills, footwork exercises, and game-based activities, all set to motivating music. Using modified balls and engaging challenges, players of all levels can take part and enjoy the heart-pumping action.

The benefits? Improved fitness, enhanced stamina, better coordination, and stress relief—all while having a great time on the court! No previous tennis experience is required, so grab your racket and give it a go!
