What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Description
Ages: 5-8 years old. *Grand Slam and Next Gen Groups* For players who are currently or soon to be participating in local competitions. Using Mini Red Tennis balls on smaller-sized Mini Red Tennis courts. Sessions are designed to engage players with activities, drills and games in a safe and fun environment to help build players confidence and competence in the following areas of their Tennis; Forehands, Backhands, Serve, Return, Volleys, Tactics, Mental skills, Physical development and Match Play.
