Notes from the coach

You will be taught some basic techniques to focus the session towards developing a specific skill. As this is the first session of the Spring Sam will probably focus on improving groundstrokes (forehand/backhand) with lots of opportunities for hitting, and building confidence through drills, points, and games. Anyone and everyone welcome of all ages and abilities. Sam is a Level 4 LTA senior Club Coach and has been teaching since he was 16. With 15 years of experience under his belt you are sure to get some quality tips, feedback and help with technique.
