Notes from the coach

This course is taken by the Head Coach and players are normally invited to this class. Please note that Squad classes have several strict conditions, as follows: attended at least 2 group classes weekly (if this is at another club, please advise), compete regularly - especially external grade 5 events, show a high level of discipline during training, have good punctuality, high class attendance, make every effort in their training sessions & play regularly in the Internal Box League. Please consider the above points carefully BEFORE accepting this invite or booking this course.
