Notes from the coach

Players in this class will attend a very minimum of two weekly classes (unless in county squads or travel from outside Cardiff to attend the Lisvane Squads or YBS’s). Pre-requisite: compete regularly, play for the teams, play in the internal box league, know the Spanish drill system by heart and must attend classes punctually and regularly - no exceptions. The class will consist of S&C, match drills, serve and return drills, Spanish drills and each session will have open points at the end of the session. NOTE: A squad or YBS 3, 4 or 5 player that has not played an Internal Box League match within the last 14 days WILL be required to play a match during class time.
