The first tournament of 2022 took place this afternoon and 20 members battled against the wind in the Spring Fun Tournament 

The tournament was played as a fun timed event and at the end of the round robin section the top two ladies and top two men progressed to the final

The final itself saw Lynn Boyes and Richard Shipton defeat Pamela Bloor and Sam Maxwell - they took home the prizes of an hours individual coaching each from coach Craig Leese - funded thanks to sponsors The Tech Division. 

Chair Rob McNinch thanked all of those who took part , Ben Wilson and The Tech Division for sponsoring the event , Lindsay Newton for running the tournament and Ken Mitchell who was chief bellringer - ringing the club bell to start and end each round
