Dear Members
Our membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March the following year, so membership subscriptions are now due. Obviously, things are different this year with the Coronavirus crisis cutting across all our activities. The club committee has followed advice from the LTA based on Government guidance to close the club and the courts. We have also taken measures to limit club expenditure as far as possible. Membership subscriptions make up the majority of the club’s income, so this shut down couldn’t have come at a worse time for the club with the new membership year about to start.
The club is asking you to renew your membership as normal to help safeguard the future of the club. We do not know how long we will be out of action, but the club will survive and be able to start up again when things return to normal if members support the club and rejoin now. If the shutdown lasts for a long period, such as three months, we will consider making an adjustment to next year’s fees for those who rejoin now.
The adult subscription for the year is £170.
Playing parent membership is £50 and student membership is £95.
There are several ways to pay your subscription:
- Our preferred method of payment is by BACS transfer as it cuts down on administration.

We have decided to suspend the Wimbledon Ballot process until we hear the decision from the LTA next week regarding whether, and/or when Wimbledon will take place this year. Once that decision has been taken, we will contact you outlining how we will proceed.
Kind regards
