24 members played in the Christmas Fun Tournament.

The conditions were perfect, except for the blinding, low sun which was a real problem.

Some great tennis was played in the six rounds, which ended with a final of two short tie breakers.

The winning lady was Helen Dyson with Kim Bennett as runner up and the winning man was Mark Smith with Andrew Giltrap as runner up.

The winners were given a lovely goodie bag by Becky Spall whose company, Barking Mad, kindly sponsored the tournament.

Rob McNinch was the best dressed festive player and he received a voucher from The Forum restaurant.
