The 2018 Fun Fireworks Tournament attracted a group of brave or should it be foolish members on a cold November night 
The tournament was run as a timed competition with a set of rules more complex than the Brexit negotiations 
After the timed preliminaries all competitors were divided into groups for the ranking matches
The top four players contested the grand final and Lesley Malgas and Elaine Moss defeated Peter Walshaw and Karen Podmore 
Thanks went to event sponsor EPG Accountants and Eileen Grigg presented the trophy and prizes in the warmth of the clubhouse where competitors enjoyed some light refreshments provided by organiser Andrew Giltrap. Thanks also went to Marion Doe for providing the prizes
