In order to clarify the way in which the code access gate work, especially with regard to social tennis sessions on a Monday and Saturday, the following information may be of use.

Monday & Saturday social sessions usually are turn up and play sessions without anyone making a court booking. Courts are booked in advance by the administrator, (2 courts on Monday 6.00 - 9.00 & 4 courts on a Saturday 2.00 - 4.00). 

Courts have been booked in the name of a member who is usually a regular attendee at one or both of those sessions. Occasionally, this causes difficulty with court access if that person is late or absent or other people are not aware of the code.

In an attempt to overcome this, a code for Monday (6.00 - 9.00) is being published: 2526. This code will only work at the time of a booking made in this member's name and on a Monday between 6.00 & 9.00.

Similarly, a code to be used on Saturday (2.00 - 4.00) is being provided: 5059. Again, this code will only work at a time of a booking made in this person's name and on a Saturday between 2.00 & 4.00.
