At Craigmillar Park Tennis Club we compete in the East of Scotland Lawn Tennis Association (ESLTA) leagues - full standings & results can be found here:
Ladies Teams
Our ladies 1st team will play in Division 5 in the 2023 season after promotion last year.
Our ladies 2nd team will play in Division 8 in the 2023 season after relegation last year.
Ladies Vets team (over 40's)
The Ladies Vets team will play in Division 3 in the 2023 season.
Men's First Team
Our men's first team will play in the ESLTA league Division 3 in 2023 after relegation last year.
Men's Second Team
Our men's second team will play in the ESLTA league Division 4b in 2023 after relegation last year.
Men's Third Team
Our men's third team will play in ESLTA Division 4a in 2023 after promotion last year (their 3rd successive!)
Men's Fourth Team
Our men's fourth team will play in ESLTA Division 8 in 2023.
Men's Fifth Team
Our men's fifth team will play in ESLTA Division 10 in 2023.
Other men's team tennis
Each year the club enters the ESLTA Inter Club singles tournament.
We also play in the national leagues (only a handful of Edinburgh clubs participate in this.) We are in Division 4 of this event.
Our 2 men's vets teams (over 45's) will play in Division 1 in 2023 as reigning champions! And also Division 4 for the 2nd team.
Mixed Doubles
We enter one team in the Pringle Cup each September. We won the Pringle Cup in 2011 for the first time in 25 years and then again in 2021 and retained it in 2022!
We also play in the ESLTA Mixed Summer Social leagues (July / August) winning this in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019 & 2021!
The competitive Winter Mixed Cup is played over September & October, which we won in 2011 and again in 2015!
In 2012 we were able to enter the prestigious Robin Welsh Cup and finished a very respectable 3rd place after 3 gruelling knockout matches!
