Crick and West       Haddon Tennis Club

The Club welcomes non-members to use the courts here in West Haddon on a ‘Pay as you play’ basis. The cost for this is £5.00 per hour

You must book the courts via the website at

The West Haddon Store (formerly the Post Office) hold the court key and will exchange this for your £5.00 per hour after you have read the latest LTA guidance on playing tennis during the current Covid pandemic.  It is essential that you read these guidelines and adhere to the regulations regarding social distancing and hygiene.  If anyone is found to be not following these, they will be asked to leave the court and will not be permitted to use them again.

We have four teams again this summer, three men's and one ladies'. All current league results can be found at:

End of season report from Harlene Griffiths (Ladies' captain)-The Ladies team has had a very successful season, coming 4th out of 10 in our division.  We've had some good matches and only one was troubled by rain, which was lucky. We had a team of 9 possible players which shows a good increase in the number of ladies that are playing league matches. 

End of season report from Mens' A Team-

End of season report from Mens' B Team- The B Team endured a tough season but managed to maintain its status in Division 4 by ending the season well.Thanks go out to all the squad members for their sterling efforts.

End of season report from Jon Fairbrother -Mens' C Team- The C&WH C team secured promotion from Division 5 this season, finishing 2nd to runaway leaders Brixworth A. With an overall record of 6 wins, 1 draw and 2 loses, the team put in a solid season long performance.

Particular mention to Josh Adams and Tim Spicer, posting the highest win percentage behind the Brixworth team players, and bothers Kieran and Cameron Taylor improving year-on-year winning more than 50% of the games they played in.  

Promotion was secured with back-to-back away wins at Heyford and Abington B, with the latter crucial to pip Abington into 2nd place. With all-round improvements across the team, let’s see how the C Team rises to the challenge of Division 4 next season.
