Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set to music, on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Cardio Tennis is an excellent way to get into a more active lifestyle, meet new people, and improve your Tennis! Players can burn between 300 and 1000 calories per class, depending upon your work rate. Therefore Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
