Spring Newsletter

Happy Bank Holiday weekend to all.

League Tennis

League tennis is due to start towards the end of this month (fixtures not released yet) so a reminder that when they do start Saturday morning social tennis will stop for the summer, however all other social tennis times continue. For anyone wanting to play competitive tennis this season there are teams at different levels of ability, so do get in touch if you would like to know more about playing for our teams, the captains are always happy to have as much support as possible.

Social Tennis

It is very important to the club that our social sessions should be inclusive to all members of all abilities, ages and gender and therefore all are encouraged to support other members in their enjoyment and participation at these sessions. Do continue to use the WhatsApp messaging to organise play as it is great knowing there will be members down to play in advance.

Events Calendar

Coming soon will be the diary of events for the season but an early heads up for the following dates:

  • Saturday 18th April (TBC) - Patrick and Mod's season opener tournament

An open day for the community, women and girls who are new to the game (myself and Sally will provide more information nearer the time and how members can support).
