The Club’s sessions take place throughout the week and we have a variety of sessions to choose from dependant on your level.
Cardio Tennis (Monday 6-7pm) – Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class with a tennis twist. This tennis workout is open to anyone - all ages and abilities!
