What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
FOLLOW ON OFFER FOR YOUTH START. 5 SESSIONS FOR PRICE OF 4. Course for 6-8 year olds. Focuses on physical and tennis skills, team building and fun. Please bring a racket if you have one. However I have a number of rackets to lend out. Just need to wear sports clothes with trainers and bring a drink. If poor weather the coach will be in contact with you via email before the session. The email you have provided will be used. Please also provide a mobile number in case of needing to contact you with short notice. Sessions cancelled will be replaced on the next course.
