What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
The plan is that on 7th and 14th September the session will be held at Charlsfield Recreation Ground, Chapel Lane, Charsfield, Woodbridge, IP13 7PX . From 21st September (completion of court resurfacing permitting) the session will return to Fram LTC, Badingham Rd, IP13 9HS. Session focuses on physical and tennis skills, team building and fun. Please bring a racket if you have one. I have a number of rackets to lend out. Just need to wear sports clothes with trainers and bring a drink. If poor weather the coach will be in contact with you via email before the session. The email you have provided will be used. Please also provide a mobile number in case of needing to contact you with short notice. A session cancelled by the coach will be replaced on the next available session after half-term. Member discount for junior/family members of Framlingham LTC or Charsfield Tennis Club.
