Notes from the coach
Single Coaching Session. Physical and Technical skills, encouraging team building and enjoyment of tennis. If numbers permit there will be two experienced LTA coaches running the sessions. Please wear sport's clothing, trainers/ tennis shoes and bring a drink. There are rackets which can be borrowed.
