About DS Tennis Coaching
DS Tennis Coaching is run by Dave Sanger. For over 20 years Dave has been coaching as an individual tennis coach in Bournemouth. After finishing a 4 year career as a full time Professional Tennis Player he became Head Coach at the Homefield Tennis Academy from Sept 2003 to February 2005. In March 2005 he moved to Southbourne Tennis Club where he was appointed Head Tennis Coach. In this time Dave has coached and worked with all standards and abilities and disabilities, from individuals to groups , with players from the age of 3 up to 93. He has coached and worked with many of Dorset and Hampshire's aspiring tennis players. He has helped numerous players to National Championships, Scholarships at UK and American Universities and to County Championship winners medals. He also enjoys running regular charity events for Children in Need and Southbourne Tennis Clubs Charity of the year which have included Julias House Childrens Hospice and Chernobyl Childrens Lifeline, Victoria Education Centre and Dorset Blind Association.
In 2012 Dave decided it was a good time to extend his coaching experience and knowledge and he set up DS Tennis Coaching Ltd which became a limited company in July 2012. His aims for the company is to offer affordable tennis coaching for all, from the very young to the elderly, from beginners to advanced players, from girls tennis to people with disabilities. Dave and his team are professional, motivating and willing to go the extra mile so if you are interested in tennis make sure you choose to play tennis with us!

Played in the Qualifying of the Wimbledon Championships 2003 beating a young Andy Murray in the last round of pre qualifying

Have been Dorset Singles & Doubles Champion on numerous occassions
