Notes from the coach
The Orange group is for children aged 7 to 9 . Sessions also include technical development and movement co-ordination exercises. Compressed balls are used to assist in their development. The group is held outdoors but floodlights are available . Indoor cover is available if inclement weather. Rackets can be borrowed if required.
