What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Description
An after school coaching session for school years 2-4 to introduce the children to basis coaching and includes fun games and exercises. The session is run by a qualified coach and all rackets and equipment are provided. The session will be run in the playground or school hall each week dependent on the weather conditions . We would like to encourage the children to develop their tennis skills on one of the coaching sessions at the Victory Ground. Please contact David if this is of interest.
