What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

Notes from the coach

An introductory Mini Tennis course for Sebert Wood pupils which has been expanded to include years 2,3 and 4 . The after school course is held in the school hall with foam balls used. Rackets are provided. The sessions include coaching, fun games and an introduction to playing points. The cost includes a credit for the cancelled session on 8th March.
