What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
Mini Tennis Red is for players aged 6 to 8 . At Level 1/2 players learn the basics of serving and rallying with a foam ball, as well as learning the movement and co-ordination skills needed for tennis. As players improve they are encouraged to play fun competitions in teams and as individuals, with short matches .Rackets are provided. We are offering a 10% discount off coaching sessions for members of the Victory Ground Club for the new season from April.
