In the Adult Coaching Programme we offer Rusty Rackets courses for Beginner, Improver and Intermediate players.

Rusty Rackets course 

If you haven’t played for a while or got much in the way of experience, then our Rusty Rackets class would be ideal for you.  We also cater for players of intermediate level in this class.  In these sessions, we show you how to play all the basic strokes: forehand, backhand, volleys, approach shots, lobs and smashes, and serve and return.  We also aim to improve movement around the court and cover basic tactics.  The session includes drills/practices and game play.
