Notes from the coach
This Youth Yellow Level 1 class focuses on improving technique on all basic shots to improve the players consistency while also developing being able to defend and attacking effectively. It's a fun dynamic course with a mix of 1:1 rallying, drills and points play. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING THIS CLASS: ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR TENNIS SPECIFIC SHOES WHICH IS A UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENT WHEN PLAYING ON THE INDOOR COURTS.
