What can you expect?
At the Yellow stage, children are now playing on a full size court with the balls the professionals use. Children will continue to explore different game styles and start to find their own. They will evolve through well-rounded motor skills development whilst improving their physical capacities. By this stage, children will be tennis fans for life!
Notes from the coach
Ages: 15 to 18 years old. Using full yellow Tennis balls on standard sized Tennis courts. Sessions are designed to engage players with activities, drills and games in a safe and fun environment to help build players confidence and competence in the following areas of their Tennis; Forehands, Backhands, Serve, Return, Volleys, Tactics, Mental skills, Physical development and Match Play.
