FRIDAY FITNESS SESSIONS

 

Improve your court fitness and flexibility 

Open to all club members (including you tennis players!!) wanting an energetic and sociable start to the weekend

Friday evenings at 6.10pm  from Friday 4th March

Cost will be £5 per person each week for 40min session. Run as a circuit based session on the glass back court with max 8 people to start
