Introduction to Squash / Racketball Coaching Course

for Adults or Juniors

An ideal opportunity to try out squash or racketball with the help of Coach Giles including drills, coaching and games based exercises to help get you started. Rackets and balls provided if required.
 

Starts Saturday 5th March

10.00-10.40am Juniors under 19

10.40-11.20am Adults

Run in line with West Sussex school term in 6 week blocks - cost £30 per half term paid in advance.

Max of 4 per court to start.
