In late August we will be hosting and running the 2022 Norfolk Championships for the second time.

Last year the event topped the national charts with the largest percentage increase of entries across the whole of the UK when compared to all the other County Championships. It does look like we will again reach these entry levels with the late comers still wanting to get involved. We are running 32 events from 8&unders to Men & Women’s singles & doubles and everything in-between.

The event begins on Sunday the 21st August and finishes the following Sunday 28th August 2022. Each age group is played out across 2 days allowing players to enter multiple events. All matches will be played indoors so we are not effected by a traditional British summer however this year the indoor courts will be more useful to protect the players from the sun rather than the more typical rain!

Over the years the Norfolk County Champions have gone on to achieve some impressive feats. Some of the name s on the Trophies are such Norfolk legends as;

Uli Nganga, Barry Fulchur, James Auckland, Tom Spinks, Richard Bloomfield  all of whim went on to play at Wimbledon.

We will all be working very hard here at Easton to ensure the Championships run efficiently and smoothly and all the players have a fantastic experience.

Don't forget Monday to Friday there will be catering provided on site, serving sandwiches, sausage rolls, pasta salads, snacks and both hot and cold drinks.
