What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
This red/orange ball class is mixed class designed for players aged 6-9. It is played with red or orange lower compression balls on smaller courts to aid success. It focuses on tennis technique with much emphasis on movement and fun games and match play for the orange ball players.
