In July we held our inaugural Wimbledon Cream Tea fun doubles competition. The weather was set fair and all entrants seemed to have a great time. The winners were Joe Palmer and Sue Henry. In addition to the competition there was a surprise in store for Tony who had reached the merry old age of 70 and the badminton and tennis clubs decided to hold a surprise party for him. How it was kept a secret we will never know but a surprise it was with a great turnout of old and current friends.
