Please see our booking policy We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for the club and EVM tennis coaching and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a lesson/ groups or on the kids camp anything less it will be a full charge paid as it’s hard to fill the space so last minute. * We understand that the weather can have a big impact on tennis throughout the winter so please bare this in mind when accepting to play, but we are a small business and can not run off cancellations. * ⁠payment for kids camp Full payment to be paid upfront on the day of booking. * If we have to cancel due to bad weather conditions “act of god” I am happy to refund or reschedule to another camp day.
