What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
This red ball group is for more advanced young players who are enjoying competing and play twice a week! The children will be coached on forehands, backhands, serves and volleys with the goal of them enjoying the sport. Both ball and racket skills will be taught and how to play a mini game of tennis! **Please confirm with Elly before booking on to this course
