What can you expect?
A fun and social group coaching course which helps adult beginners to get into tennis. Tennis Xpress teaches the foundations of the game so that by the end of the six week course you will be able to enjoy fun matches with friends, family or other people that you meet.
Under the guidance of an LTA Accredited coach you will be taught new skills and shown how to serve, rally and score. By using a variety of ball types and court sizes the game will be made easy and fun, enabling you to gain confidence and enjoy mastering the basics.
Notes from the coach
A beginners course for adults who are completely new to tennis, or that really struggle with confidence to join another established group! A great chance to build your technical knowledge as well as your confidence to get on court and have a rally and get a serve in! ALL social distancing guidelines must be met and members of the group will not touch the balls to follow LTA guidelines. There is no clubhouse access and therefore we can only let people use the toilet if they absolutely have to.
