About the day

Open Day - come along and try out tennis for free. 9-10 Cardio Tennis ( a mixture of exercises/strokes/all go/to music) All ages – just come and try it! 10-11.30 ‘Returning to tennis for adults’ (Intermediate play) – with a little coaching/games for adults. 11.30-1pm – Family Tennis (encourage the whole family to play together or with other families) 1-2pm – Junior Fun Session (6-13 years) (mostly beginner type games – packman/lines/some coaching) 2-3pm – Service Speed Challenge. Gary Howe our club coach will be available to give tips and advice.
