Notes from the coach
The Red Tennis Coaching group is for players aged 5 - 7, the sessions will cover basic coordination, racket, and ball skills, helping to create basic swing shapes which give the greatest chance at starting to rally. Using a variety of games, the emphasis is on fun whilst learning basic sending and receiving skills.
