Notes from the coach

Please note: The first 4 weeks will be 45 minutes, after that, classes will start at 4.20 and will be 40 minutes long. The orange group is for players aged 8 - 9 and the green group will host players aged 9 - 10 years of age. The coach will group players according to their age and abilities. For the Orange Group: The sessions will focus on basic movement skills, technique, tactics, and learning simple tennis rules. For the Green Group: Developing a sound technique is highlighted at this age to give players the tools necessary to achieve consistent rallies on bigger courts. Helping players to develop technical knowledge of all of the basic strokes, forehand, backhand, serve, and volley, develop tactical knowledge including attacking and defending play.
