Notes from the coach

The Adult Rusty Racket Coaching course is for those players who are familiar with the game and have played some time ago but now feel that they would like to refresh their knowledge of all of the basic strokes, forehand, backhand, serve, smash and volley, develop tactical knowledge including attacking and defending in-game situation and who simply want to achieve more consistency and confidence within their game.
