Gavid, Russell, Jack and Raul played an entertaining 2 sets with the youngsters showing off some devastatingly powerful forehands, offset by the guile of the older masters!  Most noitceable was the importance of dominating the net and the skills shown on approaching the net.

The team also ran Masterclasses promoting skills that are more important on clay courts.  These included;

• drop shots and how to generate back spin
• slice volley, punching deep in to the opponents court
• sliding on clay to reach wider balls whilst retaining racket head control
