Ladies came 2nd in Division 2

Mixed A came fourth in Division 1

Mixed B came second in Division 3

The ladies played their first match of the winter season against Wye A on 6th October.  The benefit of being used to the clay courts showed in the much closer than normal games. Lesley and Sandra won their first match with a score of 12-10 in the championship tie break third set and missed out on taking their second match to a third set by losing the tie break in the second set 5-7.  Julie and Lucy took their first match to a tie break in the first second which Wye won and they had a close 5-7 second set.  Their second match went to a championship tie break third set which was won by Wye 10-7.

This was a 1-3 loss with the scores being 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 (12-10) and 3-6, 6-7 for Lesley and Sandra and 6-7, 5-7 and 0-6, 6-4, 0-1 (7-10) for Lucy and Julie.
