FIRST ADVANTAGE TENNIS CANCELLATION POLICY
Occasionally - In the event of poor weather conditions Or unforeseen circumstances - a coaching session may be cancelled.
When this happen’s a session will usually be added to the end of the course. If this is not possible or if this is not convenient, we will offer an alternative session held on a different time/day at the same venue or another local venue.
Any decision to cancel will be made a late as possible in order to try and hold the session on the scheduled day/time.
When a session is cancelled your coach/admin will post a message on the session What’sApp group and where appropriate email to let you know. Please make sure you are included on the What’sApp group so you get these messages.
Please bear in mind the difficulties in trying to predict the British Weather! Our intention is for as many lessons as possible to go ahead - If the weather is slightly wet but still safe, we will try and hold the session – please send players in appropriate clothing.
If a lesson runs over half of the designated time and is interrupted due to
weather conditions the lesson is considered a full lesson and no credit will be issued to attend alternative other sessions.
When sessions are cancelled, we offer –
• An additional session at the end of the course
• A credit to attend an alternative course for 1 session at a different day/time/venue
