INVITATION TO ALL MEMBERS TO A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING at 8 pm on 27 April 2023 in the upstairs room of the Sports Pavilion

A petition has been submitted to the committee of Forest Row Lawn Tennis Club. A Special General Meeting (SGM) is called to take a vote on the motion set out in the petition, which is that:

‘George Ross should be allowed to stay coaching at the club’.

Agenda for the SGM:
1. Background to coaching at Forest Row (as set out here in the document ‘Coaching at Forest Row Lawn Tennis Club’).
2. Vote on the motion petitioned by George Ross.
3. Vote on whether FRLTC should give exclusive coaching rights to a single provider or should continue to work with multiple providers.

As set out in the club’s constitution, motions at the SGM would be passed by a majority vote of senior and student members present.
