Forthill Adult Coaching

 

Our new-look adult coaching programme is now up and running! This is organised by our new racquets manager Michael Russell, who is planning on gradually expanding the programme to fit the needs of the growing number of members and players. 

Currently, we have 3 new weekly options for you to get involved in....

Adult Beginner/Improver

This course is aimed at adults keen to learn the basics with other beginners in a friendly, fun environment! This is the perfect course for anyone who has either just started the sport or looking to get back into it after some time away from tennis. We will go over all of the basics and help you get comfortable on-court, so you will leave feeling confident enough to take your game to the next level! 

Adult Team Training

These sessions are aimed at team players or players who will be looking to play competitively in the near future for Forthill. We'll be working on specific areas of the game i.e. doubles formations to make sure that each player feels confident and ready for any upcoming matches for the club. This can often be changed to suit the needs of the players who will be at each session, so if you have any suggestions for areas of your game to work on then just let us know.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of tennis with tough cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie-burning, aerobic workout.  Cardio Tennis is set on a tennis court and supported by motivating music. It’s suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
