Adult Coaching

Tennis is great fun and can be played by all ages and all skill levels. 

It is a fantastic way of getting active and staying healthy, as well as being shown to be brilliant for you mental health!

Our adult group classes are a brilliant way to get playing with people of a similar ability where you can improve and have fun together. We have great hopes and expectations that you will soon be playing casual singles or doubles matches together with those in your session!

Priory Park

  • 50+ Sessions - Monday 12pm (90 minutes long. Can be booked weekly)
  • Beginner/Improver - Saturday 12pm  (6th April to 25th May)
  • Intermediate/Advanced - Saturday 1pm (6th April to 25th May)
  • Beginner/Improver - Monday 6pm  (8th April to 20th May)
  • Intermediate/Advanced - Monday 7pm (8th April to 20th May)

Beginner

This course is suitable for those who have never played before or who haven't picked up a raquet in a long time.

Improver

If you can keep a rally going and are looking to improve your social match play, this is the course for you. 

Advanced

For those who have graduated from the improver group and have taken their game to next level.

 

Your coach will let you know if and when you are ready to progress to a different group.
